Basic reed work
The Basic reed work is what it sounds like, it's basic. Better than a stock harmonica, but far from the Master reed work (which we recommend). Bends are not as leaky (diatonic) and the tuning is better. The overall response in regular blow/draw notes is improved and the harmonica is louder than a stock harmonica.

Reed plate (diatonic)
The draw reed plate is flat sanded to ensure better airtightness.
Tuning
Chromatic harmonicas are tuned to Equal temperament and Diatonic harmonicas are tuned to my own type of compromised tuning, see chart below.
Reeds
Reed curvatures are adjusted and corrected.
Tuning
All my custom diatonic harmonicas are Richter tuned to 442hz with a compromised temperament. However, I can accommodate your preference for an alternate temperament or tuning. Most players are happy with my compromised temperament
